  • Front Office Department
  • Valet/Bell-

    The Valet/Bell position serves as the first impression for the Gordon Hotel and are tasked to deliver exemplary guest services. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about internal and external guest services, possess good multi-tasking skills, and be a detail-oriented team player. Essential job duties include being the first guest contact, assisting guests with luggage, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, guest shuttles to and from locations in Eugene, delivery of requested amenities, and proactively determining the needs of our guests and sharing information about the Inn and Eugene area.

    Requirements include: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check. Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmissions. Upbeat and positive attitude, professional demeanor is a must! High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    Guest Services Representative+

    We are in search of a committed, energetic individual dedicated to service excellence to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. The goal of the Guest Services Representative is to provide our guests with a very special experience at our very special boutique property. The primary responsibilities of a Guest Service Representative include: welcoming guests with professionalism and genuine care, proactively determining the needs of our guests, being the expert in our area to deliver great concierge services, ensuring every guest request is met and followed up on, making reservations, reviewing reservations for accuracy and special requests, proactive positive communication with internal and external guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, completing a daily check list of routine tasks.

    Requirements include: Upbeat and positive attitude, professional demeanor, prior cash handling experience, High School diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates must be successful in drug screen, background check, and DMV record check to meet our insurance requirements.

    PM Front Office Supervisor+

    The Front Office Shift Supervisor will proactively ensure that our guest service standards are met and that each guest has a very special experience through supporting and supervising the front office team, including the Guest Service Agent and Valet/Bellman. This position is responsible for ensuring that daily operations of the front office are completed to meet the operation standards. The ideal candidate is outgoing, positive, and will consider themselves a developing leader.

    Requirements include: 2+years of prior customer service experience. Hospitality experience preferred. Upbeat and positive attitude, professional demeanor, prior cash handling experience, High School diploma, or GED equivalent. Candidates must be successful in drug screen, background check, and DMV record check to meet our insurance requirements.

  • Housekeeping Department
  • Room Attendant+

    The Room Attendant performs routine cleaning and servicing of guest rooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Inspector. Room Attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and be able to address guest requests as needed. Primary responsibilities include: maintaining clean and inviting guest rooms and public areas to meet company standards and pre-cleaning duties such as restocking housekeeping carts with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens. Room Attendants are to clean between 8 and 12 guest rooms per 8 hour shift.
    Shifts Available: 8:30 am shift start - all days of the week.

    Laundry Attendant+

    The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens and terry to meet the laundry demands of the Inn. Primary responsibilities include performing all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading, ironing, folding, storing, and delivering. Operates washers, dryers, irons, laundry carts, and chutes. Ensures all laundry machinery is in good working condition. Maintains the laundry area in a clean and organized manner.
